We, at the Syracuse VA Health Information Management Services Department are deeply saddened to have learned about Philip’s passing. Please allow me, on behalf of all his former coworkers, to express our genuine sadness and condolences to you and your family during this difficult time.
Your husband was a valued and respected member of our department and was a friend to many here are the Syracuse VA Medical Center. It was a pleasure to work with him over the years. We will cherish our fond memories of him.
