On behalf of Our Lady of Solace Praesidium of the Legion of Mary, we extend our condolences to the family. Jeanne was a devoted member of our group. I had the privilege of making calls with her. I was always touched by her love and appreciation of nature. She would point out to me with the most charming smile, " Look at the moon, Viola!" In visiting her at The Heritage, she would again search for the beauty and with awe show me the birds or trees. Jeanne was always so positive. We shall miss her dearly. Viola Paris

A beautiful tribute! I wonder if she worked with my grandmother during WWII, as she also tested machine guns in Syracuse. Her kindness will live on. It certainly has with her family's request! ❤

My sincerest sympathy to Michael and all the Barbour Family. It is so hard to loose your mom who obviously left a loving legacy in a family who request acts of kindness in lieu of flowers & donations. What a blessing Jeanne must have been in all your lives.
