June 7, 2011 Peter J. Wojcik, 57 of Cicero, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home. Peter was employed for 22 years in the Plumbing Shop at University Hospital. Peter was a member of CSEA. He was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Cicero. Peter enjoyed fishing, hunting, picnics and being with his family and friends laughing and enjoying life. Peter is survived by his wife of 37 years, JoAnne (Kania) Wojcik of Cicero; parents, Peter F. and Mary L. Wojcik; brothers and sisters, Edward (Patty) Wojcik, Dorothy (Robert) Sayre, Mary (Anthony) Iannettone and Paul Wojcik; brothers and sisters-in-law, David (Gail) Kania, Geraldine (John) Dwyer, and Michael (Colleen) Kania, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Calling Hours: Thursday 4 to7 PM Hollis Funeral Home 1105 W. Genesee St. Syracuse. Funeral Services: Friday 8:45AM Hollis Funeral Home and 10 AM in Sacred Heart Church, Cicero.
