Jim was always the best friend. We became friends in Jr. High and into Valley H. S. to the present time. He always made sure I made the right decisions all through our young age. Always gave me his undivided attention and support and on occasion his excellent advice. There are so many great memories I don't have room to list. (the car we purchased and did not tell our parents - the tree fort I helped him build and we slept in.) So many more. God bless you Jim, Deanna and all your family. Ron Belle

I worked with Jim on the SPD. He was highly respected professional who could always be counted on. He was just a really nice man. My condolences to his family. RIPJim
