I worked with Roger for many years at the DOL. He was my Supervisor and we stayed friends after we had both retired. He took beautiful photos many locally. He will be missed by many!

Like, I'm sure, hundreds maybe thousands who came before me, Roger helped make a transition from displaced worker to a degreed paralegal easy. His work, which many might consider mundane, made a huge difference in my life and I am forever grateful. I will never forget the work he did to ease that transition. May his memory be eternal.

I was sorry to hear that Roger passed away. I worked with him for many years in the Department of Labor. He was a genuinely nice guy who was very knowledgable and was always willing to help someone who did not have his expertise. I always enjoyed the unique Christmas cards he sent, with a lovely photo that he had taken, cards that reflected not only his talent, but his love of nature. My condolences to his family, and may Roger rest in peace. Joan Hanlin
