Sending Heartfelt Sympathy on the sad word that Billy has passed away, what a great and full life he has lived, the funniest guy on the Westend!! I can remember first meeting Billy back from the Cardone's, Tom's Candlelight & Twin Trees Too days around 1980, always had a front row seat for us at every concert at the grandstand during the "Great New York State Fair" condolence's to young Billy and families. May he "Rest In Peace"

I am so sorry for your loss. Billy was Great God-Father and will always hold a special place in my heart. He had a beautiful smile and knew how to tell a story. I have such fond memories of him coaching our basketball games for Sacred Heart, and chaperoning our basketball players/cheerleaders trip to New York City in our Senior year. Bill and Sharon, Uncle Bill was a great husband, father, and uncle. We always had fun when Uncle Bill was around. He had such a great smile and twinkle in his eye.
