So sorry to hear of Phil's passing. My husband and I both knew him and thought the world of him -- just an all-around nice guy. When I was a youngster we lived nearby -- Ulster Street and Schuyler. Our moms were friends and he came from such a nice family. This likable guy is now smiling in heaven. Rest in Peace Phil.
