March 7, 2009 Richard A. Wise 82 of Syracuse passed away Saturday at home. Dick was born on October 21, 1926 in Syracuse to Conrad and Anna Lamanche Wise. Dick is predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Louise, Lillian, Norbert” Duke”, Francis, Arthur, Thomas, Donald and Conrad Wise. His lifetime companion, Arlene Cross, also predeceases him. His nieces and nephews survive Dick Owl Wire and Cable formerly employed Dick Calling Hours: Tuesday 4 to 7pm at Hollis Funeral Home. Funeral Services: Wednesday 11 AM at Hollis Funeral Home.
