April 27, 2013 Wojciech Lukasik passed away peacefully at home in Lafayette, NY. He was born in Szczecin, Poland and emigrated to the United States at the age of thirteen. He attended Christian Brothers Academy and West Genesee High School and received an Associates Degree from Onondaga Community College in Information Technology. Wojceich was a member of OCC's tennis team and won the Collegiate National Singles Championship in 1998. He loved music and playing guitar and drums. He loved spending time with his family. He also enjoyed hiking, cooking and working with electronics. He is survived by his mother Ewa Lukasik, the love of his life for ten years, Sarah Peters and his two sons, Dakota and Cameron. Friends may visit with the Family Thursday 9 to 10 AM in Sacred Heart Basilica followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Basilica. Burial: Sacred Heart Cemetery, Lakeland A memorial fund has been put in place for the education of his children.
