Obituary of Christine Falchi

Christine Falchi began her journey on December 9, 1948. After graduating from Crouse Nursing School with her closest friend, Pam Petrocci, she married the love of her life, Albert and spent the last 49 years creating a distinguished nursing career and an amazing family that includes sons Scott and Jeffrey (Coral), daughter Michelle (Brian Stearns) and granddaughters Haylee, Rylee, Everleigh, Cadence and Sage; her mother Ethel Cooke, sisters Deborah and Stephanie and her beloved dog Angel. Christine will be remembered as a loving mother and loyal friend, whose light will shine on. Her battle with cancer was lost on July 10, 2017 under the loving care of Francis House. She is predeceased by her father, Roy Cooke.  There will be calling hours Monday July 17, 2017 from 4 to 6 pm at Hollis Funeral Home, 1105 W Genesee St, Syracuse.  In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made in Christine’s memory to Hospice of CNY, 990 7thNorth St, Liverpool, NY 13088 or Francis House, 108 Michaels Avenue Syracuse, New York 13208.
