Obituary of Bridget Marie Roche

The Reverend Bridget Marie Roche 

Our beloved daughter, sister and mother(Bridget) has gone to be with our Lord Jesus. The Lord she always addressed to us as "Our Father God". 

Bridget was an ordained Christian Minister. She was always reaching to those less fortunate, those in most need and especially those who have lost their way in life. 

Many did not know her focus in life these last 6 years. Three and a half years ago, Bridget and her spiritual director, Reverend Susan Clark, traveled to Guatemala on a mission to care for the poor people of that country. 

Bridget also spoke at a couple of women's prisons there spreading the message of God and hope,  to help those who have fallen into the pitfalls of life brought on by the self destruction of addiction to drugs and alcohol. 

Bridget had a true devotion and dedication to lifting up all those suffering from addiction, the homeless and the unfortunate in life. 

Her loving words of compassion and hope have inspired many; and her soft spoken words will never be forgotten by all those who knew her.

Born in Syracuse, New York on April 28, 1978, she is the daughter of Michael J. Roche of Solvay, New York and Kathleen .Roche of Syracuse. 

Bridget was a 1996 graduate of Bishop Ludden High School. She was a loving daughter, sister and mother. A kind and thoughtful person who knew no strangers.

Bridget is survived by her daughter Maura of Fulton, N.Y.;  siblings, Michelle Webber(Phil) and nephew Thomas Webber; 

Michael and Lilly Roche of Newark, Ohio, nieces Ann, Julia, Megan and Stella Roche; Mary Cedano, Florida, niece Alexis(R.I.P. angel, nephew A.J Cedano; Kathleen Roche Burnstein(Michael) of Ohio; and Mathew Roche of Syracuse. 

Mass of Christian Burial for Bridget will be held 9:30AM, Thursday June 8th , St. Cecelia's in Solvay, New York. 

Interment will follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
