My dear friend Lorraine...

I'm at loss for words for such a tragic accident. Alex and I were close, basketball almost every month and early bus rides. I always was excited for his stop to see his cheery grin and happy go lucky attitude. He always would try and make everyone's day a little bit brighter, and in most cases he did. Your son helped me through my family troubles at home and always knew what to say to make things better. Heaven has a new angel, another life gone too soon. Fly high Alex.

I am so very sorry for your unimaginable loss. I can't comprehend what you are going through. To lose a child has to be the most difficult loss. My three children all knew Alex. Tori rode the bus with him and participated in track and field with Alex a few years back. My son Dustin who helps with wrestling, just spoke with him last week at practice and they had a nice conversation. They feel very badly and express their sympathy.
