As you may know, Patti, I'm a believer in life after death. I've read that our deceased loved ones and friends are with us more often after death than while alive! If that's the case, then maybe you're looking over my shoulder right now while I compose this message to you. I'll mourn your loss, certainly, but - more importantly - I'll remember your life. Your smile was wonderful; as radiant as summer sunshine, and always as welcome as sunlight in winter. You were personable, conversant, and a fun person to have visiting here at the Munns depot. I'll miss kissing you - and receiving your smack - when we saw each other, and though Lyman always smirked when we did so I think he - and you - knew how much I thought of you. You were a special gal in life, and until we meet again I'm sure you'll be making other people feel special in Heaven. Oh, for one more kiss. Love, John.

Although I am unable to be with you all as you
mourn and celebrate her life I will be there in heart and spirit. One of our most fond memories of Patty is when she visited our home here in Texas and as she left we sent her with a box of blush wine that we weren't going to drink and she was so happy as she walked up the drive with her box wine in her hand. She appreciated the small stuff. I most always visited with her and Lyman on my trips up north and we ate at various restaurants around town that she and Lyman were familiar with so we could count on a good dining experience. Thank you Aunt Pat for always making an effort to see Shelby and I. We love you and will miss you dearly.

Lyman...
There are no words at times like this. I'm sure you're already cherishing the memories of your time with Patti and you should also take comfort in knowing that your family and friends are there for you to lean on.
I've always thought of you as a "people" person who's at his best when helping and working with others. Please continue to be that person. It's what Patti would want.
I'll look forward to seeing you at work and riding on the bus.
You'll be in my thoughts.
Dave

I met Patty while taking care of her at the hospital 11 years ago. She had a great sense of humor and we shared many laughs together. Most recently I was able to reconnect with Patty and I thank God for that because little did I know that she would be taken from this earth not too long thereafter. I pray for Patty, her wonderful husband Lyman and the rest of the family. My sympathies and condolences for the loss of a wonderful woman.
