I was sorry to hear about the loss of Peter so many years later (we had lost touch). He was a very big hearted kind man. He was always there for others. And he was a fantastic worker. I will miss him but hope he is at peace with challenges he faced when he was alive. Rest in peace.

Words can not express the feeling of loss, and the sadness I feel. So sorry to the Mulvihill family and friends, having to bear another loss. I only knew Peter for 7 years, through Gary Schiltz, and he was a great guy. We had a few serious talks, and quite a few laughs. Gary used to say, "Peter and I were closer than 2 coats of paint" I know that Gary and Peter are having a great time together again, although I miss them both and will never forget. I love you Peter, I know you loved Gary, as your message said on his phone after he passed, and Gary loved you very much. Til I see you again, be at peace.

I just want to give m Condolences To Ashley & Nicole & Berta ! I Remember meeting Pete when he was at Ashleys house On butternut st , its Funny because Ashleys Son logan was still a baby and i remember watching Logan and Peter was talking about the times when ashley and nicole were little , It may have been years since I saw or hung out with ashley but I want to say I am so very sorry because I did see how close you all were , I remember I just got back to Ashleys after a long day at work and I ran out of money and needed some ciggs and pete gave me a pack and wouldnt take the money the next day when i tried to pay him back , Even though I only knew him for that short amount of time he was a good person & I am soo sorry Ashley & Nicole & Berta that you have to go through this ....

My Peter, You will be missed so much. How many times you helped me with my house, can't even count that high. You were so talented and so helpful any time someone needed you. But the lord knew you needed a rest from this crazy world so our loss is his gain. To the Mulvihill Family, My deepest condolences, there was something so good and pure in Peter. I was honored to know him and you all in this life. God Speed Sweet Peter. Here's to you, Gary and your Mom's. Until we all meet again on the other side I will remember you. I smile when I look back on that haunted house that we made in Aunt Tessa's garage, remember I was a witch and you hid under something and grabbed peoples feet. We would do anything to make an honest buck when we were kids. Remember when you and Keith opened up a restaurant in Keith's cellar and dumped fruit cocktail on my head? Remember when we could go Christmas caroling holding our house candles collecting for "Unicef". I remember once when Art Corr and I actually hit up the corner bars with a shoe shine kit to make a couple bucks. Remember we sold popcorn to earn money to spend the night at the shit creek. There was also snow shoveling, yard work, baby sitting, house cleaning etc., The song "Fly like an Eagle" reminds me of you and of course REO with sitting on yours and Roberta's steps when Michael Shawn was a baby, yea, we would pitch in for a case of ov splits or a matts bear ball but we were good, honest kids. I love you all with all my heart, the Mulvihill's, the Sherbourne's, the Barnum's, the Fredette's, the Donaldson's, the Schiltz's, the Delorio's etc.,.....................................
PS. To piggy back on what Don Beudray said.......... What I remember about the storm of March 93, along with Cathy getting me, Katie taking me in and Charly giving me clothes, was Pete walking around with a shovel in his hand helping everyone out where he could.
