Obituary of Jadwiga Kaminski

June 19, 2012 Jadwiga “Jadzia” Kaminski 83 of Syracuse passed away Tuesday, June 19th at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Robert Knowles, surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Jadzia was a communicant of Sacred Heart Basilica and a member of the IJ Paderewski Choir, Sacred Heart Seniors, Syracuse Polish Community Home and Polish Heritage Club. She was employed 25 years General Electric Co. Jadzia was predeceased by her husband, Eugene and longtime companion, Edward Bara; grandson, Casey Kaminski and son in law, Sigmund Brzostowski. She is survived by her children, Andrew, Elizabeth(Robert) Knowles, Barbara(Bobby) Taskey and Yolanda Brzostowski; grandchildren, Matthew, Kristopher Kaminski; Brandon, Jeffrey, Jared Knowles; Krysta(Matt) Shane, Jordan(Ashley) Taskey, Mallory Taskey; Jesse Brzostowski, Rebecca(Jeremy) O’Brien; great grandchildren, Haley, Brogan and Logan; Sisters, Helena Stypulowska, Teresa Bielarczyk, Maryanna(Eugenusz) Krajnik all in Poland; Stepchildren, Anne(Jeff) Bara Rapp , Sue(Steve) Woulfe and Cathy(Ken) Bara Winfrey; 8 step grandchildren and 7 step great grandchildren and her very large extended family here and in Poland.
