Susan M. Salis, 55, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday peacefully in her sleep at home; she fought a courageous battle with cancer. Susan was presently employed at Travelers Insurance. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart School. Susan is survived by her “Greatest Love”, her son, Daniel Salis; sisters, Pauline (Robert) Elser of Bloomingrove, NY, Marie Clark of Lakeland, Carol Ann (Edwin) Sigel of Plattsburgh, NY, Elaine (Dcn. James L.) Morse of Syracuse; her brother, Walter (Carol) Salis of Cornwall, NY and several nieces and nephews. Calling Hours: Thursday 4 to 7 pm at Hollis Funeral Home. Funeral Services: Friday 9:30 AM in The Basilica of The Sacred Heart of Jesus. Burial: Sacred Heart Cemetery, Geddes.
