To Lori and her family,
I am sorry for the loss of your dad, but what a full and wonderful life he had! May God give you His peace at this time...knowing that it is not the end of a person's life...but only a new begining for him! This is a promise from Jesus!

I became acquainted with Warren while I worked at Bellevue Manor - he was a joy to know and such a gentleman!! Although I was not able to attend his service on Friday, he was surely in my thoughts. My very sincere sympathy to all of you.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this sad time. Your Dad always made me feel like part of the family when I visited during our college years and then for the many get togethers for years after that. His memory will live on in all of you.

Our prayers for you all at Warren's passing. I did have the chance to know him, but he was not the vital Warren that many knew. In any case his support of the Brewerton UMC, his singing in the choir and his general service are missed. We praise God for the gift of Warren Turnbull and pray that God will give you comfort. He has finished the course of a life well lived.

I regret to learn the news of "Mr Turnbull's" passing. I have so many childhood memories of him and his gentle manner and smile. There's the times he would allow me to join in a bike ride to "Aunt Eaddies"to swim in thier pool. Him walking Molly,or raking all the MOUNDS of leaves in the fall. The way he decorated the porch at Christmas was always such a treat! Halloween was creepy too! As a kid,it was pretty neat that your friend's Dad had the same birthday as you!
My thoughts are with you all...

Dear Laurie and family, My deepest sympathy to you and your family over the loss of your father. He was a great man and we enjoyed many visits with him at the Carrier Retirees functions over the year as well as when we all lived in Brewerton. I am very sorry that I cannot come in for the funeral services as I recently lost my husband, Bob, and he was buried on Monday of this week. Charles also buried my brother, Jack Brandt, from your parlor last November and I just cannot bring myself around to going there so soon after Bob's death. They used to talk about Carrier a lot and about the old days in Brewerton. Hold the good memories of him as I know the last few years have not been good for all of you. He is at peace now. God Bless, Virginia Matthews

Your Dad was a wonderful man and you were blessed to have him in your life for so many years. He was giver to all he met and did a lot for the community with his volunteer services. I can still visualize both your Dad and Mom always with smiles on their faces. I am happy to read that he was in peace when he went on to join so many others before him. While we are here on earth thinking about the upcoming election and the economy of the Nation, they may all be having a clambake with my Mom serving and my Dad pouring the drinks! I hope you feel peace knowing that he had a wonderful life on earth and now is on to a better life.
