March 29, 2011 Joe Zamojski, 92 of Town of Geddes passed away Tuesday. Joe was a communicant of The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Joe was a foundry worker employed at Frazer- Jones and later at Wolff and Dungey Inc. Joe was an avid bowler who bowled in many Syracuse bowling leagues. Joe was always on the move and walked to everywhere he had to go. Two of his favorite places were Denny’s and Subway. Joe always had a smile and strong handshake for anyone who greeted him. Joe is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Sophie Zamojski and sisters, Joyce Zamojski and Sophie Detor. He is survived by his brothers, Stanley, Francis, George, Ted Zamojski; sister, Connie Fuegel and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Thank you to the nurses and friends at James Square Floor A and the Doctors and nurses at St. Joseph’s Hospital for the care given to Joe.
