April 20, 2008 Dr. Soriano Uy So, 73 of Syracuse passed away April 20, 2008. Dr So was born in Mulanay, Philippines. Dr. So was a resident surgeon at Community General Hospital. Dr. So was a parishioner of The Basilica of The Sacred Heart of Jesus, member of the Filipino American Association and American Medical Association. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Ursula Kwasnicka-So; son, Mark G. So of California; daughter, Agatha M. So of Beijing, China; sisters, Tekla So and Procing Acuna; nephews, Garry, Larry and Jerry Acuna of Philippines. Calling Hours: Tuesday, April 29, 2008, 4 to 7 PM at Hollis Funeral Home. Funeral Services: Wednesday, April 30, 2008, 9:30 AM at Hollis Funeral Home and 10:30AM in The Basilica of The Sacred Heart of Jesus. Burial: St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt.
