Mike & John, My deepest condolences on the loss of your father, I know how hard it can be. Have comfort knowing he is in a better place now. I was a bartender on the city's westend for many years from the mid 80's through 1997. I had the pleasure of getting to know your Dad over the course of those years as he manuevered around his "stops" and walked throughout "The Hill" before jumping on the bus back to Camillus. He was a very nice man and it's strange as we were just asking about him last week. Many fond memories of his stories, his smile and his friendly demeanor.

Mike Jr, I used to ride the 178 Fairmount with your Dad. There were a whole group of us who loved your Dad, loved hearing his stories on the bus, and he loved telling them! I think he enjoyed his 'audience' and he seemed to always make the best of things and try to have some fun. I hope he enjoyed those Christmas cookies I brought to the house. I'll bet he's entertaining the folks in heaven even now. Jean
