March 21, 2008 Peter Thomas Vinette 86 of Syracuse passed away Friday after a lengthy illness. Peter was a Navy Veteran of WWII surviving 6 years and 29 years in the Coast Guard Reserves. He was retired from the Teamsters Union Local 317.Peter was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Laura Taylor Vinette, daughter; Charlene (John) Brenner, 3 sons; Peter W., Michael and Richard (Marilyn) Vinette all of Syracuse, 2 sisters; Ann Grobsmith and Veronica Vinette, 2 granddaughters, 4 grandsons, 4 great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews. No callings. Cremation: Chenango Valley Crematory, Earlville, NY Memorial Services: Wednesday, March 26th, 11 AM at First Christian Assembly Church (corner of Avery Avenue and Hamilton Street).
