September 28, 2010 Erwin J. Pawlewitz, 70 of Syracuse passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2010. Erwin was formerly employed by the US Postal Service. Erwin served in the U.S. Navy as a Helicopter Flight Mechanic. He is survived by his son, Thomas Pawlewitz; 2 daughters, Donna Pawlewitz and Sherilyn Pawlewitz; 3 grandchildren; sister, Gloria (Chuck) Owens; brothers, Clare (Shirley) Pawlewitz, Leonard (Mary) and Joseph(Gretchen Rowe) Pawlewitz. Funeral Services and Burial with Honors will be Friday 1PM in the Chapel at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Onondaga Hill Syracuse.
