September 12, 2010 Joseph Radziszewski, 97 of Solvay passed away Sunday, September 12, 2010. Jozef was born in Koce- Borowe Bialystok, Poland on March 19th, 1913 (St. Joseph Feast Day) to Andrzej and Rzalia Radziszewski.He was a communicant of The Basilica of The Sacred Heart of Jesus, member of Westside Seniors and Moose Club. He retired 1975 as a baker at Wards Baking Company.During WWII, Jozef served with the US Army Security Detail Company D 333 Engineer SS Regiment APO 175, he was discharged 1946.Jozef is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mildred Wiencko Radziszewski; niece, Jackie (Lee) DeCecco of Warners.Friends may call Friday 10 AM to 11 AM at Loretto Cunningham with Funeral Mass following at 11:00AM in Loretto Chapel.Burial with Honors: Sacred Heart Cemetery, Geddes.
