Obituary of Francis Wlosinski

March 23, 2010 Frank Wlosinski has gone to be with his loving wife, Barbara. Frank was born in Syracuse on October 9, 1935. Frank was a proud Marine Corps Veteran and loved his country and would say "Thank You" to any current serviceman or women. "Shine" was a dedicated Syracuse Firefighter and reached the rank of Lieutenant when he retired from Fire Station 5 Truck 3, he spoke often and fondly of his "BROTHERS". Family was everything to him and he is proudly survived by his daughters, Carol Monroe, Linda(Michael) Pierik, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; sister, Barbara Beach and brother, Thomas (Patty) Wlosinski. Calling Hours: Sunday 1 to 4 PM at Hollis Funeral Home. Funeral Services: Monday 8:30 AM at Hollis Funeral Home and 9:30 AM in The Basilica of The Sacred Heart of Jesus. Burial with Honors will be in the Veterans Section of Sacred Heart Cemetery, Geddes.
