January 22, 2010 Rose Marie Kolonko, 81 of DeWitt, passed away Friday. Rose was a member of Holy Cross Polish National Catholic Church, 1st Presbyterian Church United, Eastwood Seniors at the Frank DeFrancisco Community Center and VFW Post 7290 Ladies Auxiliary. Rose enjoyed Bingo, Crafts and especially her family. Rose is survived by her devoted husband of 59 years, Walter Kolonko of DeWitt; Children, Janice Wager, Deborah Kolonko, Susan(Anthony) Prince and Robert Kolonko; Grandchildren, Patricia DuBrule, Charles(Lynn) DuBruleII, Pvt. Benjamin (Jenniffer) Kolonko, US Army, and Nicolas Farfaglia; Great grandchildren, Nicholas and Dustin DuBrule; Sisters, Beatrice Kotash, Dorothy Verrette, Jacqueline Gloska and June Glaski; Brother, John Hanus, many nieces and nephews. Calling Hours: Sunday 2 to 5 pm at Hollis Funeral Home. Funeral Services: Monday 8:30 AM Hollis Funeral Home and 9:30 AM in Holy Cross Polish National Catholic Church, Amboy. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family request no flowers be sent.
