Barbara Jean (Renzi) Merrill, 62, of Syracuse, passed away Friday, November 20, 2009 due to complications from Diabetes. Born July 3, 1947 in Gloversville, NY, the daughter of Molly and the late Michael Renzi, Barbara graduated from Mt Carmel Catholic Schools. Barbara was a kind and loving woman who devoted her life to her family and will be greatly missed. She is predeceased by her sister, Linda Knapik. Barbara is survived by her sons Claude Merrill Jr (Cindy) and Jack Myers, six grandchildren, parents Molly and Mike Felczak, sisters Marlene Rommevaux and Marcia Wyatt, several nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends, and companion George Easley. Services will be private, with no calling hours. Contributions, in memory of Barbara may be made to Joslin Diabetes Center, 3229 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13214.
