Obituary of Theresa Licameli Blair

April 13, 2016 Theresa Licameli Blair was born in Syracuse on April 6, 1924 and peacefully departed this life a week after her 92nd birthday on April 13. Theresa was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was always available to help family and friends with genuine love and appreciation. Theresa worked for Onondaga Pottery/Syracuse China as a hand painter for 43 years. She subsequently worked for Westhill School District food service for an additional 13 years, an accident necessitating the termination of that employment with heartbreak as she loved the kids who kept her young. Theresa was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Bernie, and her son, David, brothers John, Charles, Anthony, Michael and Nicholas. She is survived by her daughter, Judith Blair Wentworth, her granddaughter, Carrie (Christopher) Kneisel, her sister, Carmella Catanzaro as well as many nieces and nephews.
