April 5, 2016 Elvira E. Fortunato 96 of Solvay passed away Tuesday. Elvira was predeceased by her husband John B. Fortunato 2002 and son, John S. Fortunato 2002, she is survived by her children; Richard Fortunato, Paula (Joe) Bartszewski, Diana (John) Zion and Albert (Diana) Fortunato; 8 Grandchildren; Melonie, Deanna, Anthony, Rebecca, Christopher, Giana, John and Domminic; 2 great grandchildren; Caleb and Isabella. Private Services. No Calling hours. Burial: St Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt. The family of Mrs. Fortunato would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital for the care given to their mother.
