March 30, 2016 Sandy Carroll 72 of Syracuse passed away Wednesday. Sandy retired after 38 years at Porter School. She is survived by her daughters; Pam(Bruce) Connelly and Cathy(Ray) Burton; grandchildren, Craig(Allyssa) Balcer , Kelsey Balcer and Shawn Peake; great grandchildren, Kylie and Koby Balcer; Siblings, Jerry and Brian Frost and Linda Pitre. Memorial Calling Hours Wednesday 5 to 7PM with services following at Hollis Funeral Home 1105 W. Genesee Street Syracuse
