Obituary of Louise Ann Dean

May 8, 2015 Louise (Czech) Dean, formerly of Syracuse NY passed away on Friday, May 8, 2015 in Wilmington NC with her family at her side. Louise was born on May 16, 1930 in Syracuse NY, daughter of the late Walter Czech and Mary Czech. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Dean, and sisters Elizabeth Kicinski, Julia Brodowski and Helen Swieck. She is survived by her sister, Theresa Applin of Syracuse NY, children, Linda Broughton and husband Gary of Wilmington NC, Daniel Dean and wife Patricia of Syracuse NY, grandchildren Christopher Dean, Patrick Broughton, Lindsey Harman, Tyler Dean and Chelsey Dean as well as her loving great-grandchildren. She was a graduate of Central High School and pursued a career in cosmetology. Her employment was was quite diversified in her field of expertise and she was honored to have concluded her career as manager of the hair salon at St. Camillus Rehabilitation Center in Syracuse. A mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on May 13, 2015 at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Syracuse NY. In addition to the love, inspiration and many gifts she leaves her family, she will always be remembered for the traditional holiday celebrations she so lovingly prepared, as well as her beautiful smile.
