I am so sorry to hear of Darwin's passing. I have such fond memories of him as I was growing up on Ruth St. The first time I watched a movie in color was at your house. It was the Wizard of Oz and we loved it. I will be praying for your family as you grieve. It is never easy is it.
With much love,
Annie

So sad to hear of the news of Uncle Darwin. Mom may not remember what she had for lunch today, she can remember growing up. she shares stories of growing up as his sister. How he was very protective of any boys that came around. He was one great brother. My dad always made sure we came to see ya'll. How we would drive all night and sleep in the car and when ya'll woke up, there we were...in the driveway, ready to spend time with Uncle Darwin, Aunt Marlene and our cousins. I do love ya'll and I know that if Uncle Darwin has not found a Elks Lodge in heaven, he will be starting one!

Darwin was a true gentleman whom we have had the pleasure of knowing. If there is a Elks Lodge in heaven, be rest assured he will be collecting money for all of their functions. Rest in peace Darwin, you have surely earned your place sitting beside our Lord.
