April 12, 2015 William “ Sonny” Kot Jr. 72 of Cicero passed away Sunday after a courageous battle with cancer. Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman, he was employed for over 50 years as a groundskeeper at Brooklawn Golf Course. He was a member of South Shore Rod & Gun Club and American Legion Post 1832 Mattydale. Bill was predeceased by his granddaughter, Tiffany Kot and is survived by his wife of 47 years, Monica Forman Kot and children, Aleda(Pedro) Cajiga, William(Christine) Kot; grandchildren, Adriana, Hunter, Kiera, Kaley and Ryan; Brother, Frank Kot and sister, Mary Grabowski. Calling Hours: Wednesday 4 to 7pm Hollis Funeral Home 1105 W. Genesee Street Syracuse. Funeral Services: Thursday 10 AM in St. Rose of Lima Church. Burial: North Syracuse Cemetery.
