Joshua Thomas Orr, age 39, of Syracuse passed away at University Upstate hospital Saturday, December 7th. A Syracuse native, he attended William Nottingham High school, and spent several years studying auto-mechanics in Utah.He was the kindest soul you could meet , a true friend, and  a loving uncle to his two nephews and 3 nieces. You could often find him watching his favorite sci-fi movies or playing Magic with his friends. He will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him.He is predeceased by his grandparents, Santo and Judita (Davoli) Russo, Thomas and Verna (Olmsted) Orr, and his mother and father, Thomas and Ardean (Russo) Orr.He is survived by his siblings, Michael, Sarah, and Dannah Orr, Deborah (Orr) and Priyantha Fernando, Bethany, Rylah, and Joel Orr, nephews Terrell Holmes Jr., William Valder, Iona, Eliana and Helena Fernando, as well as beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held January 11th at 2:00 pm at Believer's Chapel in Cicero with light refreshments following.
