Catherine (Melcher) Thompson 74, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2024. Catherine was a lifetime resident of Syracuse New York. She is predeceased by her husband Carter Thompson. Her parents Robert and Paula Melcher,a brother Bobby and sister Linda Warren. Catherine was a former waitress at the Campbells Valley diner. Catherine loved playing Yahtzee with her friends and family and loved having her morning coffee with her beloved dog princess on her deck. She is survived by her brother John (Mary) and several nieces and nephews. A very special thank you to all who took care of Catherine.

There will be no calling hours.  A celebration of life for Catherine will be posted at a later date.
