Obituary of Johnna Louise Johnston

Johnnna  L Johnston, 62 years old, has found her journey to heaven. She was a godmother, sister, aunt, and most of all a friend.

Born and raised on the north side of Syracuse New York. She attended Syracuse schools and graduated from college with an accounting degree. Daughter to Margret Wilcox, proud granddaughter to Elizabeth and John PIERNIKOWSKI. 

She was employed over 25 years in the accounting department at the Syracuse newspaper. She continued to work with Wegmans food until she became ill in April 2024 .

The membership she held, is being the best aunt, and godmother to God child (Tanya) & All her nieces and nephews. She always had an endless love for people. Could find a friend whether on a boat, a bus, airplane wherever she traveled, she would strike up a conversation up.

She loved to camp, travel and her Cats . 

Surviving are sisters Deborah Johnston Gladle and Cherrise (Terry) Falter. Uncle William Kozlowski and several  nieces and nephews.

Predeceased are mother Margret Wilcox, Brothers Raleigh, Thomas & Donald Johnston .
