Owen James Drought died peacefully, with his brother at his bedside, on April 6, 2024. He was predeceased by his mothter, Barbara Fuglestad Miller. Owen is survived by his father, Bertram Drought of Williamstown; Brother, Elvis(Monica) Armstrong of elmira; Sister, Ashley Armstrong of Utica and several half sisters and brothers as well. Owen is also survived by his Aunts, Lyn (Bill) Southworth of West Monroe, Nancy (Mike) Pollman of Jonesborough, TN and Carol (Roger) Vance of Syracuse and lots of cousins. Owen was a graduate of Fowler High School and his passion in life was the WWF, Heavy Metal Music and the San Francisco 49ers. In November 2023, Owen was awarded The Hope Award for Personal Achievement from the Rescue Mission Alliance. Owen will be missed by all who loved him.
