December 5, 2014 Genevie “Gene” Zalewski of Westvale passed away Friday. She retired in 1987, owner of The Sportsmen’s Den Restaurant, with her husband Peter, who predeceased Gene in April of 2006. Gene was a member of the Sacred Heart Seniors, Geddes Seniors, Western Hill Seniors, St. Camillus Auxiliary, and HOPE. She is survived by her sister-in-laws; Angeline Zalewski, Frances Militi, Alice Bednarczyk and several nieces, nephews and cousins. No Calling Hours, Private Services. Entombment: St. Mary’s Mausoleum, DeWitt.
