Caroline Penn, age 93, passed away peacefully at home on March 5th, 2024. Caroline was the wife of William Penn, and they shared 57 beautiful years together at their home in Baldwinsville, New York.

Caroline was born in Peru, New York. She was the daughter of Dorothy and Clifton Felio and was the only daughter of 6 children. Caroline grew up on a farm and went to a one room schoolhouse in Harkness. She was employed by General Electric where she worked for nearly three decades. 

Caroline loved sewing and knitting. She and her husband, William, were avid hikers and belonged to the ADK hiking club for approximately 50 years. She enjoyed traveling and her family would take cross country trips together in the summer.

Caroline is survived by her daughter, Michelle Penn Collins, and grandchildren, Graycen, Reece, Jaeden (fiancé- Timothy Decker) and great granddaughter Emeree Pettitt. Caroline was predeceased by husband, William Penn, and son, Thomas Penn.

There will be no public services. A private family memorial will be held.

Memorial donations can be made in lieu of flowers to Upstate Medical University.
