Robert Anthony Bartolo Obituary

 


Robert Anthony Bartolo (Mick) 58 of Syracuse, New York passed away peacefully surrounded by his family.  He was born in Syracuse, New York and resided in the Syracuse area most of his life.


 


He was a kind hearted person with a joyful sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. Robert was a licensed hairstylist, (co-owner of Scissor Sensation Hair Salon) makeup artist, and a model in his younger years. (Runway and Mannequin modeling) He was a gourmet chef and was very knowledgeable in the culinary arts. Robert enjoyed playing the piano. His favorite piece to play on the piano was Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven.  He enjoyed dancing, fishing and loved monkeys.


 


Surviving is his mother Elaine Bartolo, Twin sisters Gina Schafer and Debra Bartolo. His dear friend Thomas Miner of Ohio. His father figure was the late Frank Grosso of Liverpool, New York.  His godmother was the late Connie Garofalo of Syracuse, New York. And his godfather was the late Fred Aboud Jr. of Liverpool, New York.
