Obituary of Henry F Zdep

Henry F. Zdep (95) passed away on January 6, 2024.  He was born Jan. 22, 1929, in Syracuse, NY son of Stanley and Mary Zdep and youngest brother “the kid” and survivor to William, Walter, Edward, Julian and Frank.  He attended CBA and LeMoyne College.  He was a life long employee at Crucible Steel.  He was a very spiritual and religious man, actively affiliated with Sacred Heart Basilica and the Knights of Columbus.  He will be remembered as a kind, gentle and generous soul with a unique sense of humor.  Uncle Henry was proud of his Polish heritage and enjoyed sharing his homemade cakes and breads that he delivered in his very special packaging.  His presence will be missed by his many nieces, grandnieces, grandnephews and their families.

Funeral Mass Services will be held at Sacred Heart Basilica (927 Park Ave., Syracuse, NY 13204) on January 13, 2024 at 9:30 AM with interment at the Sacred Heart Cemetery Geddes.
