Gil Ruiz, born in Puerto Rico, passed away October 10, 2023 at Loretto. He was the widower of Yolanda Ruiz and is survived by his daughter Mayra Urrutia, his son-in-law Julio E. Urrutia and his grandson Julio Urrutia.
