Theresa Ann Cameron “Teri” 68yrs old, Passed on 9/24/2023 at Baylor Scott & White in Grapevine Texas. Widowed by James A. Cameron Sr., they were married for 44yrs.

Mom was born in Syracuse NY, The daughter of Carl F. Guy and Grace Marie Popp. Teri graduated from Bishop Ludden; she received a master’s in community service from New Hampshire college.

Mom was known for many things, a few things to note was her service to the Syracuse community through “Rose” Center, Saturday with St. Nick at St. Lucy’s, The Neighborhood Women’s caucus, SUN – Syracuse United Neighbors and awarded the Jefferson award in 1996 for being a public servant. She spent her time helping those in need because that’s what was in her heart to do.

She was definitely one of St. Teresa’s Roses.

Mom is survived by her Son’s James Cameron Jr “JC,” Justin G. Cameron and Joshua Cameron, Daughter Donna Jolie Calloway whom she was so super proud of, her amazing son and daughter in-laws: Ivy Colon wife of JC, Mandy Cameron wife of Joshua and Jerome Calloway husband to Jolie, and her 8 beautiful grandchildren: Kyle, Bryce, Khalil, Megan, Keyvaughn, Elle, Emmy, and Emillia.

Mom believed that Love and patience conquered all things and if more people worked to love others there would be less pain and suffering. She loved her mother and adored her father. Mom LOVED her brothers and sisters so much she would plan and save each year for the yearly “family reunion” it was the one thing she worked on most in her life after she returned home to Syracuse. Mom always talked about ALL of her family and how much she wanted to be a part of them.

She will be seriously missed.

Funeral Services: Mass of Christian Burial 9:30 AM St Charles Borromeo  Fay Road Syracuse.

Mom will be at the church available for anyone wanting to pray with her starting at 9am.
