Eleanor Hajski Obituary
Eleanor Luteran Hajski, a long-time resident of Lakeland, died peacefully Friday, September 1 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Born September 29, 1927 in Syracuse to John and Aniela Luteran. She is survived by her sister, Natalie V. (Ronnie) Spengler of Liverpool and beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edward Hajski and eight brothers and sisters; Margaret Solomon, Helen Banyas, Caroline Luteran, Mary Louise Bush, John, Peter, & Francis Luteran.
Ellie enjoyed sitting with family & friends sharing stories and laughs. Especially on summer evenings enjoying a spectacular sunset.
A private service to celebrate Ellie’s life is planned. She will be buried at Sacred Heart Cemetery Geddes
