Obituary of Billie Lou Cesario

September 25, 2014 Billie Lou (Ball) Cesario passed away September 25, 2014 at her home with her loving family surrounding her. Born in Canastota on November 14, 1957. She was a life long resident of the Central NY area. Billie graduated from Canastota High School in 1975. She completed her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from Empire State College in 2012. Billie most recently worked as a machine operator at Manth Brownell in Kirkville NY. Prior she worked for New Process Gear for 15 years. Billie enjoyed practing Reikki as a member of the Central New York Reikki Society. She also enjoyed connecting with old friends and classmates through Facebook. A few of her other diversified interests included gardening and fine arts. Predeceased by her children's father Charles Cesario in 2003. Surviving are her two daughters Samantha & Hannah Cesario of Minoa, her stepdaughter Charmaine Tolle of Canastota, her parents Bill & Luella Ball of Canastota, two sisters Christine (Keith) Krause of Liverpool, Susan (Edward) Tallman of Bouckville & one brother Darren (Leslie) Ball of Canastota and several nieces & nephews. At her request her body was donated to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse NY for research. There will be no calling hours or services
