Andy Deflorio…. RIP sir, shock is a fitting word, you loved life and thoroughly enjoyed it, awesome person and hell of a bowler, you are gone way to early… sadly I can’t make the funeral but will always remember the fun times in lilac and a great friend … my deepest condolences and sympathies to the family!!!!

Andy, you had a wonderful and heart warming way with words describing bowlers, tournaments, birthdays, dining and everything under the sun on your Facebook page. Your enthusiasm and energy in everything you lived will be missed by so many. When your Dad was inducted into the Hall of Fame and you put your arm around his shoulder, you were so proud and happy. Now, your Father is welcoming you with open arms. The other picture with Dom, Mike, you and Andy was the day you had to say goodbye to your Dad and now you are together forever. Andy was a close friend of mine for over 20 years. He played a large part in introducing me to the bowlers in the Syracuse community and the Lilac group. We had many fun times karaoking, dining, fishing, and doing shots of his signature drink, "The Sugar Daddy." My wife, Annabelle, will also miss the times we had with Andy and his Dad. Andy spent much time and effort in organizing the Lilac outing and eagerly looked forward to it as his yearly vacation and time to party and indulge himself. Andy will surely be missed by all and has left us with many fond memories.

Andy was a staple in the bowling community....he was an awesome bowler and possessed so much bowling knowledge of all bowlers present and past. We do have so many great memories when you worked at Bowl Mor.....especially when you helped yourself to a Christmas cookie plate (bow and all) for my dog Zoie!...He said wow these are good....I said go ahead Andy have another!...Lots of laughs and fun times for many years .... I know your biggest fan (your dad) met you at those golden gates....rest in peace dear friend....until we meet again.......you will be missed..........God Bless ... love you Andy
