Obituary of Linda Dow

Linda Susan Dow was born in Syracuse on 01-17-1946. She passed away on 03-25-2023 at Upstate hospital with her loving family by her side after suffering complications of a cerebral aneurysm. Linda was predeceased by her parents Ivan and Alice Andrews of Syracuse New York as well as her sister Ann Bowers and her brother Sonny Andrews and her beloved son Paulie Pelletier.  She leaves behind her daughter Beth Pelletier and her son Douglas Dow of Syracuse and her granddaughter Marissa Dow of Camillus, her brother Donald Andrews of Colorado, and her brother Douglas Andrews of East Syracuse. She has also left behind her best friend John Cronk and a very close family friend Mark Ellis. Her cat Trooper has been left behind and misses her terribly.  She loved spending time with family and friends . Loved watching horror movies and old sitcoms and playing video games. There was not a crossword puzzle she could not complete.  She loved all animals especially her late beloved cat Cameo and her grand puppies Peanut, Pasha, Nikita, Rin and Smudge. She had a special love for wolves and elephants.  She had a very contagious laugh and a smile that would light up any room she was in.  She often spoke of wanting to ride a bicycle again. We hope you are riding in Heaven. We will all miss you and love you deeply in our hearts forever…there will be no calling hours or services as those were her final wishes.
