Obituary of Richard W. Howard

August 6, 2014 Richard W. Howard, age 61, of Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Cerul) Howard; his children, Jennifer, Brian, and Laura Howard; and his parents, Frank and Beatrice Howard. He was a Disney enthusiast, adventurous foodie, and loved to travel. His company, Howard Painting & Decorating, was built by his high quality work and clients that became part of his family. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The check memo line should read “Adult Patient Assistance”.
