Richard F Simiele (Smiley) age 59 , died on 3/11/22 at home.  He was the husband of Jody Simiele.  They shared  7 years of marriage together.  Richard was born in Syracuse NY, he was the son of the late Richard M Simiele and Sandra Simiele.  He attended Lafayette High School.  He worked for the local union 433.  He loved riding his motorcycle.  He loved to make people laugh every chance he got.  He loved life.  He was a simple kind of man (Lynyrd Skynyrd).  He is survived by his wife, Jody his stepdaughters Carly Vader her husband Josh Vader, and McKenzie Dolan, grandchildren Arianna Monds, Aubrey Vader, and Maverick Wantz.  His brother Christian Simiele, wife Eileen, his nephews Enzo Simiele, and Luca Simiele.  His sister Tracy Simiele, her daughter Elizabeth Daniel , her husband Josh Daniel , and their daughters, Cameron Daniel, and Aubrey Daniel. Tracy’s son John Mondo. 

The celebration of his life will be on Saturday 4/9/22 at 1:00 - 5:00 pm, at the the VFW  2000 Lemoyne Ave. Syracuse NY.
