Obituary of Stella Stanislawa Bednarek

Stella “Stanislawa” Bednarek, 94 passed away on December 11, 2021. Born in Lubin, Poland and migrated to Syracuse, New York in 1951 after the Holocaust. 

Stella was an independent women. Stella enjoyed walking to her daughters and seeing her family. She enjoyed sharing stories and laughs. She went to church faithfully and took care of her yard, her neighborhood and along with her family. 

Stella was the widow of Walter “Wladyslaw” Bednarek. Stella was predeceased by her mother, father, siblings and grandson Walter John Huertas. She is survived by her children Richard Bednarek and Dorthy Bednarek (Eduardo Huertas Sr “Papo”), her grandchildren Ismaelita Arocho, Natasha Huertas, Jessica Huertas, Eduardo Huertas and Tanisha Huertas, eight great grand children and one great great grand child.
