David B Barrigar, 71 of Syracuse passed away on Tuesday February 18 At his home. He is remembered by his only daughter Shannon Cerul, 3 grandchildren, Elisa Cerul, Kendra, and Breyah Ogletree. Brothers Mark and Donald Barrigar and sister Joyce Badgley- Sorrow comes in great waves.. But it rolls over us, and though it may almost smother us it passes and we remain. A man as humble and loving as David will forever be remembered. Although we will miss him, his smile, his funny jokes and his love we will take consolation in the good feelings of our memories together. Until we meet again.
